ERICH WIEßNER

Following graduation from secondary school in Nuremberg and completion of the basic military service, Erich Wiessner studied jurisprudence at Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen. During the time of his internship, he was working as a scientific assistant at the Chair for Civil Law. Since his admission as a lawyer in 1989, Mr. Wiessner has been active as a lawyer. In addition, he has been the chief legal officer of a large German service provider with seat in the Metropolitan Region of Nuremberg since 1992. The focus of his activity has been in the field of industrial property right (trademark law, competition law. patent law) for decades. With respect to industrial property right he also disposes of special experience as regards copyright matters.
