DR. GABRIELE HUßLEIN-STICH

Dr. Gabriele Husslein-Stich studied jurisprudence at University of Regensburg and, apart from that, attended Eastern studies. During the time of her legal internship with the Nuremberg Higher Regional Court she was also employed as a scientific assistant at the Chair for Economic Law, Private International Law and Copyright Law of University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. In 1990, she received a doctor’s degree in the field of international trade arbitration from University of Regensburg. Since 1999, she has been holding the title of “specialist lawyer for labour law”. The focus of her activity has been in this part of law for decades. Since 2003, she has been a senior partner of the law firm. In addition, she officiates as Vice-President of “Verband deutscher Arbeitsrechtsanwälte (e.V.)” (association of German labour law lawyers).
